Villa Pierrugues is located on the western edge of Cavalaire-sur-Mer in a quiet residential area overlooking the Bonporteau cove, 1.2 km away. The entire house has two separate floors. The upper floor (approx. 100 sq m) with two bedrooms, a dressing room, and two bathrooms is very comfortably furnished for four people and offers a cozy Provençal-style living room with high beams, a dining area, a fireplace, comfortable seating, and views of the open sea and Bonporteau cove. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the covered veranda with fantastic panoramic views of the bay and the sea. The separate, fully equipped studio (approx. 40 sq m) on the pool level can be rented for two additional people for a flat fee. Two adjoining rooms with a kitchen/dining area, dishwasher, and a double bed (1.60 m), a separate shower room with toilet and sink, and two covered terraces offer a self-contained holiday retreat. The studio is rented exclusively to the main tenants and is accessible via an external staircase. Wi-Fi is available. All rooms are individually air-conditioned and heated in winter. Whether you're swimming in the private pool, relaxing in the sun on comfortable loungers, or enjoying the expansive sea view from the terrace while having breakfast, Villa Pierrugues offers you a dream holiday. The pool area is secured with a Provençal fence in accordance with legal regulations. The pool can be heated upon request during the transitional seasons from late September to mid-October and from mid-April to mid-May.
